Al-Quran Tag: Al Baqarah:261-274

Al Baqarah:261
AlHiqma Al-Quran Tag Al Baqarah:261-274-Infaq And Related Law (1)

"A grain that sprouts into seven ears, each producing 100 grains, serves as an example of someone who uses their wealth for Allah's cause. And Allah increases the rewards for whoever He wills. Because Allah is All-Seeing and All-Hearing."

Al Baqarah:262

AlHiqma Al-Quran Tag Al Baqarah:261-274-Infaq And Related Law (2)

"Those who use their riches for the benefit of Allah and do not follow it up with boasts about their generosity or unpleasant remarks will receive their reward from their Lord and experience neither fear nor grief."

Al Baqarah:263

AlHiqma Al-Quran Tag Al Baqarah:261-274-Infaq And Related Law (3)

"An apology and forgiveness are preferable to charity followed by harm. Moreover, Allah is Self-Sufficient and Most Forgiving."

Al Baqarah:264

AlHiqma Al-Quran Tag Al Baqarah:261-274-Infaq And Related Law (4)

"O faithful! Do not waste your charitable giving with insults or reminders of your generosity, exactly like people who give away their wealth to brag about it and do not have faith in Allah or the Hereafter. They are like a hard, bare rock with a thin layer of soil on it - A strong rain would wash away the soil, leaving the rock bare. Such people are unable to hold onto the fruits of their good deeds. Such unbelieving individuals are not guided by Allah."

Al Baqarah:265

AlHiqma Al-Quran Tag Al Baqarah:261-274-Infaq And Related Law (5)

"And a garden on a fertile hill is an example of someone who donates their wealth, seeking Allah's pleasure and believing that their reward is certain (it could mean "seeking Allah's pleasure and showing their sincerity.") When heavy rain falls, the garden produces twice as much as usual. If there isn't any hard rain, a drizzle will do. And Allah sees everything you do."

Al Baqarah:266

AlHiqma Al-Quran Tag Al Baqarah:261-274-Infaq And Related Law (6)

"Would any of you like to have a garden with palm trees, grapevines, and all kinds of fruits with rivers running through it? Then, when they get old and have children who depend on them, a fiery storm hits the garden and burns it all up. So that you may reflect, this is how Allah reveals to you His revelations."

Al Baqarah:267

AlHiqma Al-Quran Tag Al Baqarah:261-274-Infaq And Related Law (7)

"O faithful! Contribute the best that you have earned and that We have harvested from the ground for you. Don't choose useless items for charity that you wouldn't even consider taking if you had to close your eyes. And understand that Allah is Worthy of Praise, Self-Sufficient."

Al Baqarah:268

AlHiqma Al-Quran Tag Al Baqarah:261-274-Infaq And Related Law (8)

"The Shaitaan urges you to be stingy and scares you with poverty, but Allah assures you of His forgiveness and promises you "huge" blessings. Moreover, Allah is All-Powerful and All-Wise."

Al Baqarah:269

AlHiqma Al-Quran Tag Al Baqarah:261-274-Infaq And Related Law (9)

"Whoever Allah wants to be wise, He makes wise. And whoever is given wisdom is definitely given a great gift. But only people with good sense will remember this."

Al Baqarah:270

AlHiqma Al-Quran Tag Al Baqarah:261-274-Infaq And Related Law (10)

"Allah knows about every good deed you do and every promise you make. And those who do wrong won't have anyone to help them."

Al Baqarah:271

AlHiqma Al-Quran Tag Al Baqarah:261-274-Infaq And Related Law (11)

"Giving to the poor in public is a good thing to do, but giving to the poor in private is better for you and will wash away your sins. And Allah knows everything you do."

Donations for a public cause may be done openly to encourage others to donate, whereas it is recommended to give charity to the poor secretly.

Al Baqarah:272

AlHiqma Al-Quran Tag Al Baqarah:261-274-Infaq And Related Law (12)

"You are not obligated for people's guidance, 'O Prophet'; Allah guides whom He pleases. Everything you "faithful" spend in charity is for your own good—as long as you do it to seek Allah's pleasure(lit., seeking the Face of Allah). Anything you provide will be returned in full, and you will not be harmed."

Al Baqarah:273

AlHiqma Al-Quran Tag Al Baqarah:261-274-Infaq And Related Law (13)

""Charity is" for poor people who are too busy working for Allah to move around "for work." People who don't know them will think that they don't need "charity" because they don't beg. You can tell who they are by how they look. They don't beg people over and over again. Allah is sure to know everything you give to charity."

Al Baqarah:274
